In accordance with SGX announcement dated 10 June 2020, the deadline for registration for live webcast of WORLD PRECISION MACHINERY LIMITED’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is before 2.00 p.m. on 23 June 2020.
Following authentication of his/her/its status as a shareholder of the Company, such member will receive an email on their authentication status, by 2.00 p.m. on 24 June 2020, containing login credentials to access the Live Webcast of the AGM proceedings.

Shareholders must not forward or share the weblink or dial-in details to other persons who are not Shareholders and who are not entitled to attend the AGM proceedings.
Members who have pre-registered by the Registration Deadline but do not receive the aforementioned email by 2.00 p.m. on 24 June 2020 should contact Samuell Ng at the following email address: saisamuelng@hotmail.com, with the following details included: (1) the full name of the shareholder; and (2) his/her/its identification/registration number.
