In accordance with SGX announcement dated 2 June 2020, the deadline for registration for live webcast of ValueMax Group Limited’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) is before 10.00 a.m. on 21 June 2020.
Authenticated Shareholders will receive an email with the corresponding login credentials to access the webcast of the AGM and EGM by 5:00 p.m. on 22 June 2020. Please also check your junk mail folder in case it has been directed there instead of your inbox.
Shareholders must not forward or share the weblink or dial-in details to other persons who are not Shareholders and who are not entitled to attend the AGM and EGM proceedings.
Shareholders who register by the Registration Deadline but do not receive an email response by 5:00 p.m. on 22 June 2020 may contact the Company by email to AGM.EGM2020@valuemax.com.sg
